Despatch Times

UK orders placed before 2pm Mon-Fri will be processed, packaged and sent that day wherever possible. During busy periods, there may be a delay in despatching standard orders.International orders may take an additional 1-3 days to be despatched.

WHAT ARE MY DELIVERY OPTIONS?

We use national and international couriers to deliver your items to you in the most speedy, secure and professional way. We will confirm the costs with you either at the time of check out for UK purchases and the majority of worldwide deliveries, or, occasionally for large, bulky, extra delicate or flammable items we may need to hold your order to get a specific delivery costs prior to dispatch. If we do need to get a cost prior to dispatch we will email you and ask for your acceptance before proceeding.
Our standard delivery is 3-5 days but we aim to dispatch all in-stock items within one working day.

DO YOU DELIVER WORLDWIDE?

At the current time we are only shipping to the UK.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE DISPATCHED?

Our aim is to dispatch all in-stock items within one working day, however, we will keep you up to date with your order progress by email and SMS. When your order leaves us we will send you a note and where possible, will also provide a tracking number with the courier. For the majority of UK and European deliveries, this will be with Royal Mail, and you can track your order using the link in the despatch email.

WHAT IF AN ITEM IN MY ORDER IS OUT OF STOCK?

In this case we will tell you as soon as we can following receipt of your order. We will then inform you when we expect to be able to dispatch the item you have ordered and an option to cancel your order.

I HAVE RECEIVED AN INCORRECT ITEM IN MY ORDER

Our systems are designed to avoid this scenario, if this is the case we are sorry for the inconvenience, please contact us immediately by either phone or email and we will arrange to collect the incorrect item and dispatch the correct one. We aim for 100% customer satisfaction and will want to work with you swiftly to resolve the issue

MY ORDER HAS NOT ARRIVED

If you are concerned that your order has not arrived and we have emailed a tracking code please try and check the location in the first instance by tracking your order, but if in any doubt, please contact us and we will locate your order.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Yes, of course, we know that people change their mind, we are all human. You can cancel your order at any time until dispatch free of charge and we will issue a refund if your card has been charged within 48 working hours. If any part of the order has already been dispatched you will have to pay for the return courier costs. Please note we can not issue a refund on any canceled order until all items are returned in their original and undamaged condition, please see our returns policy for more information.
