Please note: This returns policy applies to online orders only.
Returns & Cancellation
For online purchases, you have the right to cancel your order and notify us that you wish to return an item within 14 days of receiving your goods, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations.
Once you have notified us that you wish to cancel, the goods should be returned to us promptly and in accordance with the applicable statutory requirements.
Unless an item is faulty, damaged or otherwise not as described, you are responsible for the cost and safe return of the item to us. We strongly recommend using a tracked or registered delivery service with appropriate insurance, as you are responsible for the goods while they are being returned to us.
Once we have received your return, provided the item is eligible for return and remains unused, undamaged and, where applicable, in its original packaging, we will process your refund as quickly as possible and within the applicable statutory timeframe which is 7 days.
Any statutory refund rights you have are unaffected by this policy.
Bits
Bits are not sold on a trial basis. We cannot refund, exchange or accept the return of bits that have been used.
Riding Hats, Air Jackets & Body Protectors
For health and safety reasons, Riding Hats, Air Jackets and Body Protectors are non returnable.
Please ensure you purchase the correct size. We offer a professional fitting service instore to help ensure the correct safety equipment is purchased.
Your statutory rights, including your rights in relation to faulty, damaged or misdescribed goods, are not affected.

What If My Item Is Damaged or Faulty?
We are very sorry if you receive an item that is damaged or faulty. We endeavour to ensure all purchases leave us in perfect condition and that products are delivered as described and in full working order.
If you believe an item is damaged or faulty, please contact us as soon as possible by telephone or email so that we can advise you on the best way to proceed.
We may ask you to return the item to us for inspection. Where an item is confirmed as faulty or damaged, we will deal with the matter in accordance with your statutory rights, which may include reimbursement of reasonable return postage costs and, depending on the circumstances, a replacement or refund.

Unfortunately, due to Klarna's terms and conditions, we are unable to process exchanges for orders purchased using Klarna.
Eligible returned items purchased using Klarna will therefore be processed as a refund through Klarna, which will then update or reimburse your account as appropriate.
